Position Overview
The 340B Account Coordinator supports covered entities in maintaining program compliance, audit readiness, and operational integrity. This role requires strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and comfort working with detailed healthcare data within structured compliance workflows.
This is more than an entry-level role; it is an opportunity to build specialized expertise in healthcare compliance. You will work alongside experienced leaders, contribute to meaningful compliance initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in 340B compliance and healthcare operations, with clear potential for professional growth over time.
Prior 340B experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong technical ability, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze 340B-related data for accuracy
- Conduct routine compliance reviews
- Identify trends and potential issues within data sets
- Maintain organized records and follow established processes
- Stay informed on regulatory updates and program changes
Qualifications
- Early-career professional with strong technical proficiency and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Strong Excel skills and overall comfort working with data sets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow structured processes consistently
- Local to the Boise area and able to work in-office
